Well of the Moon
The Well of the Moon is located in a large cave at the far end of the valley. Players exploring that end of the valley may find the cave easily.4. On nights of the full moon, a ladder of moonbeams forms between the well and the moon. This ladder may be climbed in one night. It leads to the Kingdom of the Moon, You must create this kingdom. If you do not want the players to go to the moon, you may ignore this power.
The Visible Moon: Matera and (Invisible) The Second Moon: Patera (Myoshima)
Patera (Myoshima) would be an easy choice but I think the moonbeams would be hidden by the same power that powers that hide the Moon.
I would think the moonbeams would form between the well and the moon: Matera instead. However, Matera is mostly lifeless unless it is a hidden kingdom (like the fey wild or a pocket dimension that only appears on the nights of a full moon). Maybe a Kingdom out of phase/time with the rest of the world (the moonbeam and kingdom appears once every 28 days.
