Building Mystoerth

On this forum many moons ago a map of Mystoerth was posted. In this map easter Oerik, aka the Flanaess, was attached to the eastern shore of Skothar.

Here is the Mystoerth map I'm using for my campaign world. What do you think?

Here are some questions I have regarding building this Mystoerth:

1) Does the Flanaess know about the rest of the Known World?
2) Does the Known World know about the Flanaess?
3) What contact, if any, have they had?
4) How can the Greyhawk gods be turned into Immortals? Where do they match up with the Spheres of Power?
5) How does the history of the Flanaess fit into Mystara's history?
6) What is the relation between the Drow and the Shadow Elves?
7) What is the relation between the races (human and demi-human) and those elsewhere on Mystara?
