Humanoids outside of the Broken Lands

Gaz10 details the following humanoid races, complete with rules for playing both the regular version and spellcaster versions as PCs:

Troll
Ogre
Gnoll
Bugbear
Orc
Hobgoblin
Goblin
Kobold

Although having all these races fleshed out in one place, I wonder if there could be room for going into more detail for each of them as well as some other overlooked humanoids individually.

 
What other resources do we have for these races?

TROLL
The first thing that comes to mind here is the Northern Reaches gaz, even though the norse trolls are greatly underdeveloped in that book as well. It does toss out some cool ideas though. Ï expanded a bit on Mystara Trolls here.

OGRE
Not much I can think of here. Gaz12 Golden Khan of Ethengar offers special armor and weapons for Ethengar Ogres which is awesome.

GNOLL
-For Gnolls at least we have quite a bit of lore on them linking their origin to Nithia and their history in early Karameikos.
-Gnollheim Gnolls in the Northern Reaches

BUGBEARS
Very little on this race that I can think of? There are references to them in Karameikos.

ORCS
-These get the main spotlight in the Brokenlands and are referenced in many places.
- Jungle Orcs from the Orcs Head peninsula.
- Gaz5 boar like German Orc
- Hollow World Orcs - Krugel Horde
- Atruaghin Clans

HOBGOBLINS
-Gaz12 Ethengar Hobgoblin outfits
-Hobgoblins in Savage Coast line

GOBLINS
- Gaz5 Goblin Park Planar connection
- Gaz12 Ethengar Goblin outfits
- Hobgoblins in Savage Coast line
- Dymrak Goblins in Karameikos
-Urzud Goblins (War in Flames etc)

KOBOLDS
- Northern Reaches Kobold lore (Falun Caverns)
- later developments in Glantri
