Origins
Dawn of the Emperors details how Pegataurs were created by an Alphatian wizard who merged elves from the Shiye Clan with Pegasi. However, does PC2 Top Balista contradict this as it suggests that Pegataurs live among many of the elven clans and may have helped with the elven migrations. Shyie Elves moved to Alpatia ca BC800 and this was around the time Mealiden lead his migration to the Known World. Could there have been multiple creations of Pegataurs with the Alphatian Pegataurs being the only ones who were created by that Wizard from Shyie elves?
