This weapon was made by Thar's legion and soon started to be used by the Thyatain Empire.
Skewer: hits two people one damage roll for both hits though with a -4 on hit roll. For fighters the fighter can do as many as double his multiple attacks.
The spiked plumbata is a mentioned an a treaty called the De Rebus Bellicis though has no archaeologically proof from what I read it is just a buffed up version of the plumbata though I could be wrong.
