Lightning springs from your hand to deliver a shock to a creature you try to touch. Make a melee spell attack against the target. You have advantage on the attack roll if the target is wearing armor made of metal (+3 to hit) . On a hit, the target takes 1 point lightning damage per four levels (Max damage 9 at 36 level); however, those in metal armor take double damage and the creature on a hit must save verse spell or daze/stun this round only (Those in metal armor -3 to save).
