The artist made some 3disomatric-like image of the structural impression of buildings
This can place some structures on general locations and shape.
If we assume these lines are using the same size, we see immense structures (as each square is 1/2 mile =2640 feet
That makes some structures 1/2 a mile tall!!! and others a mile wide
It is clearly NOT a mediaval setting yet at least architectural very advanced (magic??)
I myself , comining the 3050BC maps of Sturm together I see this as one of the last advanced cities of Ancient advanced Blackmoor just before the destruction. I know fans have created other options on how and why the city was and how it became cursed, yet I sense it needs to be combined....for some unknown (Immortal??) reason. especially as Tuma is NOT located NE of Threshold, but NW as the B* module itself explains....yet also as it is almost exact the same location as a 3050BC city of Sturm's map.

This is the city which already was mapped in the 5000BC and ruined in the 3050BC map
The purple line is the radiance line and Blackpeak is labelled on the location as fanon suggested, yet on the B8 canon suggested location is also a city (ruin in 3050BC) although not attached by the Radiance line, this can be changed easily on the map, or added.
I clarified the lines of structures abit, enabling to determine the different structures

Following the 3050BC information Tuma was named Blackpeak by the Blackmoorians as they took over the city, yet it Tuma name may be original older
The city was damaged in this process, and restorations could not be made due the GRoF only a few decades later, and under the Blackmoor occupation. However several futuristic improvements should be present ...as Blackmoor is so advanced..(or actually was)in his last decades.

a=Giant Temple or Factory with two 1/2 mile towers(maybe to enable space travel)

c=Gigantic structure (also 1/2 mile high) could also be a station of the Radiance Line see this topic; as the one on Redfen was 721 feet high

e=residential building of 200 to 250 feet high

g=office?/research? building of 450 to 900' high
