There is no font. It's a (difficultly) hand-rendered touch-up of a cut-and-paste mash-up of hand-drawn lettering gleaned from the "Where Chaos Reigns" black & white logo seen at the start of Chapter 1 of CM6: Where Chaos Reigns.
As with Karawenn, Aelos is located in the Mystara Prime Plane (in the BD&D Reality). In the 2E and 5E Realities, Aelos would have its own "Aelos-space" crystal sphere.
