Whats going on? Berwyn Merchant house held hundreds of thousands of rare books, letters, and journals at its storehouse. Though the loss is in the tens of millions of gold pieces, the collection housed some of the rarest books, letters, and journals in the world. In truth the loss is immeasurable.
PC involvement: they are hired to infiltrate the warehouse bypassing the traps and wards to find a particular book when a spellbook warded with a fireball spell triggers an inferno. The interior is, floor to ceiling, filled with a maze of flamable books, journals and letters. A death trap waiting for someone to make a mistake.
