Alternate Saving Throw system

For saving throws we're using 1d20 + (Wisdom, Dexterity, Constitution) modifier >= DC where the DC is set on the table below.

1-2 17
3-4 16
5-6 15
7-8 14
9-10 13
11-12 12
13-14 11

EDIT: Forgot to add that in the case of spells the DC is adjusted with the prime requisite modifier, so if the Wizard has a +3 the DC @1st level would become a 20 rather than a 17.
