Alternate XP System

1) No XP for kills or gold
2) XP is awarded for:
2a) surviving the session (automatic)
2b) Completing a quest (decided by the DM)
2c) Achieving a personal goal (decided by player and DM)
2d) 100 XP every time a PC does something really cool.
3) All XPs go into a pool and are split evenly at the end of the session.
