BECMI tweaks

- Thieves' "Prime Requisite" bonus equates to a pool of percentage points they can dip into to add to their thief skill total per session, with the caveat that the player can't use the whole percentage on any single roll. It has to be broken up.
- Hit points are "bumps, scrapes, and luck." Once they're gone, damage applies to Constitution.
- Cantrip-like minor magical effects are an Int(or Wis) skill check rather than a spell.
