Toralai Bison Riders

The Toralai do not own horses and have not mastered any equestrian skills. They are however excellent runners. Their remarkable endurance allows them to cover a wide area when hunting. Their hunting tactics involve runners driving the bison herds to where their hunters are waiting. There are however some Toralai who have mastered the extreme skill of using bisons as mounts. This is seen as the ultimate test for warriors. A few elite warriors have even been seen riding the Giant Bison* that can still sometimes be seen in the grasslands of the Toralai.

Note: There is also a culture of Bison Riders in Glorantha, but they seem to be more advanced in terms of technology.
