The Cloak of the Crustacean
by Tristan DuniganThis brick-red coloured cloak, also known as a "Crawdad Cloak" by the Lupins of Nouvelle Renardy, appears just like a normal cloak.
When worn, It offers its wearer the same AC as the creature for which the cloak is named (AC4)
Special variants of this cloak (found in about 10% of cases) offer its
wearer AC 3 and the ability to see around corners or ledges, the same way a
crab uses its eyestalks. This ability also makes it more difficult to
surprise someone wearing this type of cloak.
