Five Shires idea
by Marc SaindonA new, corrupt, self-serving Sheriff gains power in High Shire, charging exhorbitant tolls and letting his henchmen be all around jerks. One caravan master, nicknamed Robrenn Duck, hires the crew in Aercruth to get a wagon through to Leafkindle (in Seashire) as muscle to defy the tolls as a political statement.
