Ground Floor of a fortified Inn / keep. Ideas taken from online historical sources, but mainly for rooms. Probable locations would be as "way stations" along dangerous 'bandit filled" routes . . . owned and operated by retired Fighters (Knights) of the land, loyal to the Duke.
