Boots, Grounded

This magic item allows the wearer to take half damage from electrical attacks such as lightning bolt. He may still save to reduce the damage to one quarter for those spells where that applies. In addition, while his feet are planted on the ground, the wearer may not be knocked from his feet unless he wishes it. If the wearer is flying, swimming or otherwise unable to touch the ground with his feet, the wearer cannot benefit from any of the effects described above.
