Currency in Limbo

Side note: Limbo time speeds up the longer a soul is there: starts at 1 day Limbo = 1 hour Prime, 2 days Limbo = 3 hours Prime, 3 days Limbo = 6 hours Prime and so on.

 
Currency in Limbo is a shred of one soul's vitality or life. 1 shred of life is equal to 1 hit point.

1 shred could get the soul a room at an Inn (in a city). 1 shred per night would be crazy but 1 shred per month (or so) would be acceptable.

 
Information like the location of a gate back to the realm of the living (Prime): 5 shreds of life

 
It would be interesting to see a pricelist for things and services in limbo (cost in shreds, of course).

 
How much would a vial with 10 shreds in it (restores 10 hp) cost? 12-15 shreds of life, maybe??

 
Adventuring in Limbo would be very dangerous and needing shreds to heal. Even slaying a threat, the parties reward would be information, a service and/or most likely shreds of Life.

 
I'm sure a fiend, Master of Chaos, or even an Immortal may even come up with a way to "cheat" the system (all for more shreds of life).
"The Souls must flow!!"

Example: If that Being controls a small portal back to the realm of the living (Prime) but the cost to use this special gate is 90% of their maximum hit points in shreds (prefers strong souled adventurers. A.K.A. High Hit Points!!) plus maybe a task back in the land of the living (Prime).

 

What are your thoughts on the currency of Limbo and even adventuring in the afterlife???
