Updated map of Aengmor, 8 miles per hex by Thorf, June 2005
The Aengmor map is a straightforward adaptation of GAZ5's Alfheim map, with towns changed to ruins, great home trees changed to dead forest, and so on. The good magic points have been retired, but the bad magic points have been left intact.
In the future I hope to make a few more additions to it, so if you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear from you.

Notes on development of Updated map
- Did all the lakes and rivers of Alfheim survive the change? It depends on whether you think that the elven magic which created Alfheim's nightly rains is still in effect or not. There may be something about the elves performing some kind of "upkeep" to keep the magic working in GAZ5. On the other hand, Aengmor would look pretty boring without them, although the dried-up rivers and lakes could form ravines, craters, etc.
