[Strongholds] Creating Your Magical Garden

I've have been thinking about this option to add for Druids, Halflings, Elves and maybe some other characters to add to their Druid's Groves or Stronghold Gardens.

Requirements: A garden requires little more than a plot of land. A gardener (Specialist, NPC) can be hired to maintain the garden if the PC is too busy adventuring.

Growing Plants
Common, mundane plants can be added with little effort. Exotic or even magical plants may be added following the procedures below.

Benefits: A proficient gardener can extract components to create Common Poisons, Antidotes, Wolfsbane, and other non-magical herbal brews. More exotic and even magical plants can be added to the garden to produce more exotic effects. Gaining produce from ones garden requires the owner to typically spend one week in the garden and make a successful Wis or Herbalist Skill.

Adding exotic and magical plants: While adventuring, Druids, Elves, Halflings and (if the DM permits) other characters can collect seeds to add plants to their garden. Such plants can produce the following:
