I'm not sure where this fits into the larger sphere map - for my intents and purposes it really never mattered much. The Mystaraspace sphere itself is only connected to the phlo at irregular periods - every thousand of years or so. That is why creatures from Mystaraspace can occasionally make it out of the system, but once out they have a very difficult time getting back in.
I've taken the Mystaran cluster section and added some more detail, with regard to the width of the phlo rivers that move through that region and times:
