Otar of Soderfjord

The symbol for OS is an O rune with an S rune attached as a Comet tail. Otar has been travelling the backroads of civilization with his old rune carved oar paddle and yellow hooded cloak converting the locals to the one true faith.
He is not a cleric, just a Normal Man, bringing the Word of his Immortal to the World. OS doesnt give out powers of spells and undead turning to his followers. He doesnt need or want clerics. He is OS, God of Men and Demons.
