Just got my hands on some Pathfinder stuff at the Borders closing, and was inspired to do some Pathfinder writeups for Mystara NPCs. Not significantly different from 3.5, so anyone using those rules can still use the stats pretty well.

The Radu Clan

Anton Radu
Head of the Merchants' Guild

History: Anton Radu is a criminal mastermind born to his profession. For several generations, the Traladaran Radu family has secretly run the Veiled Society, the most powerful criminal organization in Specularum. Anton, heir to the title of family head, was born 63 years ago and raised to be the strong-willed, merciless leader of both Radu clan and Veiled Society that he is today. By careful use of the Veiled Society, he has gained enough political and monetary power to have himself elected head of the Merchant's Guild of Karameikos.
Personality: Anton Radu is the classic intelligent criminal mastermind who never participates personally in his crimes; they cannot be traced back to him. His minions intimidate and oppress; rarely to they have to kill. Radu is loyal to his family, but if individual family members endanger the rest of the family they tend to be cut off from his protection- cut off or cut down.
Appearance Radu is tall, rather skinny, with handsome, confident features, gray hair, and brown eyes. He dresses in typical high-class Traladaran clothing. He only wears his leather armor when expecting trouble; in normal day to day dealings he goes without (but with the other protective gear listed). Radu wears his hat of disguise during all waking hours- when engaging in merchant activity, it takes on the seeming of a headband or cap; when conducting Veiled Society business, Radu adopts a masked and robed appearance.

Tactics
During Combat Anton prefers to negotiate with or bribe his enemies. If this fails, he will attempt to strike with surprise and take out his strongest opposition, then retreat from combat until he reaches safe haven or allies.
Morale If he is caught alone with no allies or escape route, Anton will surrender. He will also surrender if brought to below 30 hit points.

Zweis Radu
History: Zweis was born at a time when the Radu faction was at its greatest pinnacle of power in Traladara. His family's wealth and influence, combined with his own natural size and strength, went straight to his head. As a youth, he led a gang of toughs in the streets of Mirros. When he came of age, his father enlisted his aid as an enforcer in the Veiled Society in an attempt to turn his few talents to some good for the family name.
Personality: Anton's eldest son is a bully and a ruffian. To his father's great dismay, he lacks subtlety, and is rarely trusted with any but the most simple of tasks. Zweis exercises all the power and influence that is his both as a Radu and a ranking member of the Veiled Society; alone among men, only Anton can put Zweis in his place. Like most of his family, he is utterly loyal to the Radu clan.
Appearance: Zweis is a ruggedly featured man 40 years of age. He is tall, like his father, but sturdily built, with dark hair and brown eyes. He has a pronounced tendency to glare and stare down anyone he meets. Zweis' clothes are of high quality, but worn carelessly.

Tactics
During Combat Zweis immediately charges the strongest opponent available, attempting to overrun them. He focuses his attacks on that person until they fall or prove more capable than he is. Zweis will use Power Attack as effectively as he can.
Morale Zweis will surrender if he is clearly outnumbered and outmatched. If engaging a single opponent, he will fight to the death.
