Spellcreaper
by Daniel ReidA vine like being that can live in forests or on the ocean bottom. It is attracted to magical energy, capable of absorbing it over time. As the spellcreaper grows it learns to cast spells as a magic user. Any source of magic from clerical, to magic weapons etc attact its attention. It is rumored that fully mature spellcreapers roots are the grave yard of magical beings absorbed by this creature. The vines are thick enough that spell casters often use their wood for their magical wands, staffs and rods.
