Caster sends a short message of twenty-five words less to a one of members of the Aoz's Spell League about a spell. The question is heard in their mind or displayed on a special mirror and an answer can be given in a like manner. Need crowns or lifespan and any mirror (not used up unless on another plane and 5% failure destroys the mirror but saves the casters crowns or lifespan.).
The Spell League will research spells for wizards for 4 times normal cost in Crowns or 8 times if the caster wants Aozy to research it personally.
Of course, the spell research can be rushed for X 2.5 but but has a 10% per level of spell to have a flaw. Like, Lightning bolt 3rd level but must give up 3 days of lifespan to cast the spell. Aoz gets a copy of any and all spells researched.
Certain spells may be withheld if it may cause harm to the Aozy Markov, Glantri, Brotherhood of the Radiance or the Global economy of Mystara.
In certain circles at the Great School this is an easy but costly way to get new spell.
The caster can also buy scrolls through this spell. The scrolls cost is twice normal rate if delivery is to a major city, three times if a small town or smaller, and five times for delivery to the wilderness or inside a dungeon.
Addition: Markov has added a new level. The caster can pay in lifespan instead of crowns and the cost is half as much. 336 days (1 year) is equal to 500 dc or gold pieces in trade value.
