Northern Reaches Runes adapted as "Te Moko" magic

by Marc Saindon

This is simply converting the Gaz 7 Runes ritual (p.28) to a polynesian setting, with runes of nordic culture are replaced with maori te moko designs. (Mundane) Tattoos are still around and largely popular in Ierendi, even among the non-Makai, but Te Moko (working title for "magic tattoos") is a mostly Makai affair, and tied with risky ritual (involving blowfish poison as a necessary part of the trials).
