Tewelik is an ancient Lion. He managed to avoid being killed by larger predators of the Tangor Jungles and even managed to cheat death itself. Over the centuries the Great Lion grew more intelligent than any other jungle creature. He even learned the language of the Tangor Humans. King Tewelik appears like a huge and majestic lion, twice the size of any other lion with a golden mane. He will usually travel with a cohort of 30 female Lions, who will never be far away from their King. It is said that Tewelik supports some of the Tangor kings and that those who have his blessing will have glorious reigns.

Most of all though, King Tewelik hates the serpent creatures which in recent years have begun to infiltrate his jungles. The king views these worshippers of Entropy as a cancer in his realm and he does his best to drive them out. Sadly, the serpent-folk have powerful allies themselves, making it hard for Tewelik to protect his kingdom.
