Artificer’s Lore: As per the PHB Rock Gnome.
Tinker: As per the Players’ Handbook Rock Gnome.
Skyborn: he has advantage on saves to avoid damage from air-based attacks and falling (but not if he deliberately jumps from a height)
You also have resistance to damage from air-based phenomena and magic, but not falling.
Weathersense: Advantage on Nature checks when above ground to determine altitude, speed, determine if weather is a natural phenomenon, and predict weather.
Spellcasting. Tarras is a 7th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 12, +4 to hit with spell attacks). He has the following wizard spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will 4): Chill Touch, Firebolt, Mage Hand, Mending
1st level (4 slots): Charm Person, Magic Missile, Protection from Good and Evil,
2nd level (3 slots): Invisibility, Mirror Image, Phantasmal Force.
3rd level (3 slots): Dispel Magic, Fly.
4th level (1 slot): Polymorph.ACTIONS
Dagger: Melee weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit: 7 (1d4+4) piercing damage. If he has raised his STR to 21 then to hit is +7 and damage is 8 (1d4+5).
Drink Potion of Healing. 1 use. Heals 2d4+2 hit points.
Drink Potion of Hill Giant Strength. 1 use. STR is raised to 21 (+5) for an hour.
Cast Spell. He casts one of his spells.Gear. Leather Armour +2, Earring of Protection (+1), Potion of Healing, Potion of Hill Giant Strength, pair of daggers.
“Tarras always wears his leather armor beneath a plain brown or grey robe, and looks quite ordinary. He is of average gnome height (around 3' 11"), average build, and has fairly plain features, with a mousey-brown beard and thinning hair.” Top Ballista Adventure Book page 17.
This conversion is not a mirror-conversion but rather one that maintains the ‘spirit’ of the original. For example, some magic items are replaced by careful spell selection.
