Teratologist Wizard

(or "Tero-rist" as Thyatians call them)
Trained in Blackheart, this "dark side of Pokemon" type of Wizard learns a blend of spells that either summon, control, or alter existing creatures. Teratologists are active in the Isle of Dawn, acting as a guerilla that sneaks in Thyatian territories, summons or alter a monster, and let it plague the countryside. This leaves the Thyatian legion having to send troops to deal with the problem, wasting their time, resources and attention, as well as discontent from peasants and casualties.
