Updated Challenger DM Screen Inside Data

I have made an update to the inside data for the Challenger DM screen.

I also added Gnome and Rakasta for saving throws and attack rolls tables.  Gnomes are mentioned in the RC at the end part of converting AD&D to Basic, and Rakasta rules are given in Rage of Rakasta.
