The Wand of Tides

The Wand of Tides (useable by Clerics or Water Elementalists ONLY)

This item appears as metallic blue wand, about six inches long, with a small, clear crystal ball on the tip. The crystal is filled with water from the different seas along the Savage Coast.

This item has several powers

It allows is possessor to swim at a movement rate of 30. That is approximately the same as an average dolphin

At low tide, the wand has the following powers:

Create Water
Air Breathing
Raise Water

These powers drain no charges from the wand.

At high tide, the wand has the following powers:

Watery Fist
Water Breathing
Lower Water

These powers drain no charges from the wand

In addition, the wand does have more powerful functions, each draining charges from the wand:

Part Water (5 charges)
Conjure Water Elemental (10 charges)
Tsunami (15 charges) * using this power also has a 10% chance of destroying the wand (1% cumulative chance per use)

Each time charges are used, the water in the crystal on the wand is "depleted". This item may be recharged. To accomplish this the wand must be dipped in the Gulf of Hule, The Izondian Deep, Helmet Bay, and Trident Bay. Each time the wand is dipped into the water, the crystal is partially refilled, until it is fully filled and thus, fully charged (50 charges).
