The Emirates boast a strong economy with nearly full resources. Their Training skill starts at +1, but with some investment, they can produce some truly exceptional soldiers.
They lag on mana production and have low stability points, but early construction projects can alleviate that.
With their advisor Mustapha ibn-Ibrahim, any quests completed by D&D groups earn the Ylaruam player an additional +1 XP.
And if they keep good relations with the Rockhome player, they can add up to 2 cannon units into their armies.
