Zebrans (Zebranaurs)

As for placement, they would fit right in the small stretch of savannah in the northern Tangor Peninsula, where they live as nomads, nominally giving hommage to the Empire but left to their own devices, which is usually a cycle of raids and tribal warfare. More enterprising Zebrans find work as mercenaries beyond their homeland savannah, especially as caravan guards or skirmisher troops.
