As it appears there's now a D&D recipe book, with recipes from various campaigns that aren't Mystara, I think we're going to have to do what we always do. And make our own!

Therefore I present...

Meg of Wheatons Book of Household Management

And yes, that is a ripped off name, based on an NPC in my campaign who is in turn based on Isabella Beeton and a mad old woman I met on a train who was convinced we should solve every household problem with vinegar)

I'll start typing up some recipes when I've got time, and I rather hope to see some contributed here too. I'm aiming to put these together as a document and either submit them as multiple articles to Threshold or instead to create a standalone PDF file.

What we want

Please submit recipes (with ingredients lists and isntructions for cooking) here, make them relevant to whichever corner of the campaign world that you're interested in. These will have been jotted down by the housekeeper of the Great Castle of Magan, that would be Meg.

Alongside recipes we could also do with other 'household management' tips and anecdotes about ingredients, medical care such as we commonly find in old recipe books, and indeed any other housekeeper notes that should exist. Mrs Beetons work is PACKED with strange stuff...

I'll make a start on adding things through this week and, please, add things in as and when you have ideas. Recipes should be real ones people can follow, of course.
