Midwood Hamlet
by Beau YarbroughMidwood is a hamlet of less than two dozen people, situated midway along the Westron Road inside the forest. It's mostly a safe/dry place for travellers to spend the night. There's an inn, a blacksmith, a simple trading post, and a chapel of the Church of Karameikos. It's also designed, of course, as a starting base for new characters. (I'd thought about getting Thunder Rift and using that, but I want to get everyone out into the kingdom generally pretty quickly.)
