Following this link with its seemingly strong based timeline and trying to further merge with Karameikan/Darokin/5Shire History we get the following;

Mystara/Ravenloft timeline

by Robin

Mystara Time/Ravenloft Time (in small lettersize if not important there)

250AC/Year 1 = The Alphatians begin colonising into the northern and central coastal plain of Ylaruam, enslaving and scattering the indigenous population. Some of the Ylari driven out by the Alphatian and Thyatian aggression migrate to Darokin. The Alphatians also found the colony of New Alphatia on the Isle of Dread; Alphatian magic is adapted to seafaring needs. (GAZ2/DotE).
Nomads driven from their homelands in Ylaruam by Thyatian colonists make their way into Darokin and then into Sind. Thyatian Colonist also take residence in Darokin.

"Barovia Founded" - Traladara was a land of many city-states and petty kingdoms; Barovia would likely have been a northern state, found in the shadow of the Black Peak Mountains. My idea on this; Barovia created from anxious Traladarans who think what happened in Ylaruam would happen to them move upthe wet rivfers and create a small nation Barovia on the Cruth Mountains encorporating parts of today Darokin and Karameikos. This is far before Thyatians made landfall in Traladara, and as such the german/hattian names like Teufelsdorf and Zeidenburg, located on the Darokin side of Barovia have been introduced by Hattians colonists settling in that region, and merging with Barovia out of the need of support. Zeidenburg, a fortification, then becomes logical as to protect the Barovian northern border, while the population remains slightly different(Hattian based)

549AC/Year 299 Strahd von Zarovich is born in Barovia.

550 AC/Year 300: The beast man invasion of the wizard Illodius scars the magical forests of Alfheim. Alfheim Town founded in the blighted area.

570AC/Year 320 = "Tergs Invade" - This enemy was never truly developed, as far as known; even Strahd himself refuses to speak of them. Perhaps they were Orcs from the Black Peaks? Strahd begins to battle the Tergs the following year...My idea on this; What are the Tergs; We have following the Mystara Timeline Orcs causing serious problems in Darokin, Shadow Elves invading Darokin/Alfheim being crushed, Beastmen invasion of Illodius. The Orcs seem to causing problems more in the North of Darokin, the shadow elves were crushed so we have Beatmen of Illodius escapees, or large flocks of lycanthropes.

593 AC/Year 343: Ruaidhri kills the last of the werehawks. My idea on this; It seems the eradication of a single Lycanthropic race falls almost together with the Tergs defeated. In my opinion, the Illodosius beastmen escaping from Alfheim southwards could have been Humanoid-Lycanthropes (hence given a new name...Terging is in Dutch the word for utterly irritating, and that does fit), of the Wolf, Rat, Bat, Boar and Hawk species. Also Lycanthropes and vampires have a typical clash between eachother in almost all sources I could find, and Lycanthropes still exist in Ravenloft (maybe even still named Tergs or a derative thereoff). It would explain why it took 27 years to defeat the Tergs, as Lycantropic humanoids are a much stronger pain in the A, than humanoids themselves would be

597AC/Year 347 = "Tergs Defeated" - It took Strahd 27 years to defeat the Tergs. So presumably they had some support from elsewhere, or Strahd's forces were small and weak by comparison; apparently, Strahd had little help from elsewhere. My idea on this; Strahd did over 27 years of time succeed the battle wth the Tergs, greatly diminishing the number of werehawks, which enabled Ruadri to slay the last known ones in the Sea of Dread, and seriously lowering the number of Beastmen -Lycanthropes. Later actions further decreased these numbers, until 1000AC+ only a few goblin werewolves and a few orc wereboars, or a very few Bugbear werebears still exist.

599AC/Year 349 Sergei von Zarovich comes to live in Castle Ravenloft.

601AC/Year 351 = Strahd becomes a Vampire, "Formation of the Demiplane of Dread" - The Mists engulf Barovia. My idea on this;...the mists lay claim to the region, take away most of the the structures (mists are not equally strong anywhere, so some structures were unaffacted), change the memories of those transported as well as those remaining behind as it dissipates on Traladara affecting like a gas the whole region. In Ravenloft the mists consolidate into matter and reform around the structures a new similar environment where some differences will come to be (due the same strength variations in the fog. Locals in Ravenloft create new trails and roads along the external fogs still existing around the area, and many try to escape and fail. This explains the new black roads along the borders in the map I based mine upon.

720AC/Year 460 = "Count Gorevitch-Woszlany of the County of Rymskigrad (where descendants of the few remaining Barovians had settled) investigates Strahd's tale and discovers an ancient journal...He also sets up a Manor North of the Kelvin Moor and tries to enable the Faith of Alphaks to take root. My idea on this;.... This clearly states some minor parts of Barovia still exist on Traladara. Morphail also became a Nosferatu circa this year (Gaz3 pg25)(through the power of his evil Immortal Alphaks GKoM39) and can create vampires or nosferatu by infecting them as he so desires.

Approximately 800AC/Year 540 = Alphaks,His major foray in Traladara happened two centuries ago, when he gained the allegiance of Morphail Gorevich-Woszlany, a wizard and noble in the Moor in north-eastern Traladara.
Morphail, however, was defeated and forced into exile by his enemies, and was never especially useful in establishing a strong cult of Alphaks. l

802AC/Year 542; In Glantri were Morphail fled The years of Infamy begin (coincidence??) Boldavia is created out of Traladaran refugees and Flaemish outcast (GKoM38)

900 AC/Year 640: Marilenev is a flourishing trade village of 500. Emperor Gabrionus IV of Thyatis moves on Marilenev, conquers it, and claims all of the Traladara region as a Thyatian protectorate. Marilenev is renamed "Specularum." Many refugees from Traladara flee to Darokin. The Thyatians also conquer several areas of the Isle of Dawn, and build and settle the city of Oceansend in Norwold.

970 AC/Year730: Duke Stefan Karameikos III trades his ancestral lands (the Duchy of Machetos) to Emperor Thincol for independent rulership of Traladara, which is renamed the Grand Duchy of Karameikos. Duke Stefan sails to and takes possession of his duchy, then begins parcelling out land and titles to his Thyatian followers. He begins building roads across the Duchy and a strong military to protect it. A minor rebellion and several assassination attempts follow his move to Specularum.

1000AC/Year 770
1010AC/Year780

Several sources add more information on Gorevitch-Woszlany as well as his ties to Alphaks
"Hurt not the gifted brother, or our pact will be broken in the most horrible way imaginable!" Alphaks the Roaring Demon to Morphail Gorevits-Woszlany

This link may explain that he has recently severed his ties to Alphaks for failing to cure his love of her disease.

So all in all Morphail follows a similar path like Strahd, and Alphaks may even have used remnants of Strahd's power to turn Morphail into a vampire/Nosferat...
There is also the fanon assumption that Alphaks is the one Immortal who created the Fog of Ravenloft and the Outer Planar Realm of Ravenloft and derives some of its power by the evilness within
